Soniurl ("we", "our", "us") is an ads analytics, campaign management, automation, and comments moderation platform for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

• •Facebook Profile Information: name, email address, and profile picture (provided during login).
• •Facebook Advertising Data: ad account details, campaign names and statuses, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, CTR, CPC, CPM).
• •Campaign Management Data: campaign, ad set, and ad status changes and budget modifications you request.
• •Automation Rules: rules you create, their execution logs, and triggered actions.
• •Usage Data: login timestamps and feature usage for service improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

• •To display your advertising performance data in our dashboard.
• •To authenticate you via Facebook Login.
• •To provide analytics and reporting features.
• •To execute campaign management actions (pause, resume, budget changes) that you explicitly request.
• •To run automation rules that you configure and enable.
• •To send notifications (e.g., via Telegram) when your automation rules trigger.
• •We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• •We do NOT use your data for advertising targeting.
• •We never post content on your Facebook Pages.

4. Data Storage and Security

• •Your Facebook access token is encrypted using AES-256 Fernet symmetric encryption.
• •All data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections.
• •We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
• •Access to your data is limited to your authenticated session.

5. Data Retention

• •We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
• •You may request deletion at any time (see our Data Deletion page).
• •Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Facebook Platform Data

We access your data through Facebook’s Marketing API and Pages API. We comply with Facebook’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not store Facebook data longer than necessary to provide our service. We request the following permissions:

• •ads_read — Read ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, and other metrics).
• •ads_management — Pause/resume campaigns, update budgets on your request or via your automation rules.
• •business_management — Access Business Manager ad accounts list.
• •pages_show_list — List your Facebook Pages so you can select which to manage.
• •pages_read_engagement — Read comments and reactions on your Page posts.
• •pages_read_user_content — Read user comments for moderation.
• •pages_manage_posts — Access Page posts feed to browse posts and their comment counts.
• •pages_manage_engagement — Reply to, hide, unhide, and delete comments on your Pages.
• •pages_manage_metadata — Page metadata for comment features.

7. Your Rights

• •Access: View all data we store about you in the dashboard.
• •Deletion: Request complete data deletion via the Data Deletion page.
• •Portability: Export your analytics data as CSV.
• •Revoke Access: Remove our app from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

8. Cookies

• •We use essential cookies only for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage).
• •We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
