1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soniurl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Soniurl is an ads analytics and campaign management platform. The Service allows users to connect their Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts to view advertising performance metrics, manage campaigns (pause, resume, update budgets), set up automation rules, and moderate Page comments.

3. Facebook Account and Access

By using the Service, you grant us access to your Facebook advertising and Pages data through Facebook’s Marketing API and Pages API. We request the following permissions:

• •ads_read — Read ad performance data.
• •ads_management — Pause/resume campaigns, update budgets on your request or via your automation rules.
• •business_management — Access Business Manager ad accounts list.
• •pages_show_list — List your Facebook Pages.
• •pages_read_engagement — Read comments and reactions on your Page posts.
• •pages_read_user_content — Read user comments for moderation.
• •pages_manage_posts — Access Page posts feed.
• •pages_manage_engagement — Reply to, hide, unhide, and delete comments.
• •pages_manage_metadata — Page metadata for comment features.
• •Campaign modifications are only performed at your explicit request or when triggered by automation rules you configure. You may revoke our access at any time through your Facebook Settings under Apps and Websites.

4. User Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account.
• •You are responsible for the automation rules you configure, including any campaign modifications they trigger.
• •You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access data belonging to other users.
• •You agree not to use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided CSV export functionality.
• •You must comply with Facebook’s Terms of Service and Community Standards.

5. Limitations

The Service provides data as-is from Facebook’s Marketing API. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed. The analytics provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Data availability depends on Facebook’s API availability and your account permissions.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Termination

You may disconnect from the Service at any time by removing it from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion procedures.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
